Shipping & Returns

 Returns Policy

  • We offer a customer 7 day return privilege policy. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number, please call us or email to admin@made-in-japan.tv.
  • Returned packages without proper RMA demarcations will be refused by our warehouse and returned to you. Customers who refuse a delivery, will be subject to charges for return shipping to us. If the item was advertised as Free Shipping, then we will charge the amount of shipping as determined by the UPS shipping calculator or EMS Shipping Rates Fees.
  • All returns are subject to a 5-15% restocking fee. The restocking percentage will depend on the condition of the returned product. Any insurance costs are non refundable.
  • All returns must be packed with all contents which came with the original package including, cables, software, plastic and cardboard packaging, and unregistered warranty card.  
  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

    •  Refund Policy

    You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    Our min shipping ervice is Japn Post EMS Expedited Worldwide. The service offer registeed and insured shipping service and guarantee 4-5 days deivery to any country worldwide. Once item is shipped - you can track your item via Japan Post English trackng page at:

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the product weight and size.

    up to 2Kg. - 34.50 USD
    2-3Kg.      - 44.50 USD
    3-4Kg.      - 64.50 USD


    Large shipmnts are utiliing our UPS freight service.
    For pricing of large shippments, please contact us before making a purchase.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
